Bélanger, Charles H. Dr.

B.A.(Laval), B.Ed.(Sherbrooke), M.A.(Southern California), Ph.D.(Florida State)

 

Charles Bélanger is a Professor of Research Methods and Global Management in the Faculty of Management at Laurentian University. He divides his time between teaching Research Methods and Global Management and consulting for international financial agencies in the areas of health, education, and organizational audits. In addition to serving as Director of Institutional Research, Vice-President Academic, and University President, he was Program Director for a multi-national overseas. He is a distinguished member of several national and international professional organizations for whom he has served as President, Editor-in-chief, Editorial Board member, etc. He has published extensively and made over 100 presentations on all continents. He can work in English, French, and Spanish.

Cachon, Jean-Charles

M.A. Economics (Paris), M.A. Marketing (Sherbrooke)

 

Jean-Charles Cachon is a Professor of Strategy in the Faculty of Management at Laurentian University as well as a consultant in organizational strategic management.  His research interests include business education and various aspects of small and medium-sized businesses.  He is currently conducting comparative research between the Sudbury technological cluster and a similar cluster in Chile. Grzeda, Maurice Dr

B.A. (McGill), M.S.W. (Hunter College), M.B.A., Ph.D. (Concordia)

 

Maurice Grzeda is an associate professor of management in the Faculty of Management at Laurentian.  He teaches primarily in the OB/HR area in the on-campus and online MBA programs.  He has served as a co-author of several online courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs of the Faculty. His management experience is within the not-for-for profit sector and he is a partner in the Acumen Management Group in Sudbury.  His current research interests center on management development and spirituality in management.  His research has been published in: International Journal of Human Resource Management, Management Learning, Career Development International, Journal of Career Development, Journal of Management Development and Journal of Teaching & Learning.  Dr. Grzeda has also been active in management of the School of Commerce, serving as Coordinator of the undergraduate program. Lagrandeur, Luc

Luc Lagrandeur is a Professor of Marketing in the Faculty of Management at Laurentian University, teaching courses in marketing, consumer behavior, marketing communication, business-to-business marketing, retailing management and electronic marketing.  Research activities include the study of differences/similarities between consumers in Mexico, the USA and Canada.  His current interests focus on the field of internet/electronic marketing for businesses and communities.  (View Personal Page)

Dr. Rolland LeBrasseur

Rolland LeBrasseur is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour in the Faculty of Management at Laurentian University, teaching courses in organizational behaviour and management research. He is a member of the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Small Business & Entrepreneurship and a judge for the Intelligent Community Forum annual award. His current interests focus on the organizational development taking place in small businesses, organizations, and communities.

Leonard, Valorie

H.B.Com., M.B.A. (Laurentian), CA (Ontario)

 

Valorie Leonard is a Professor of Accounting in the Faculty of Management at Laurentian University, teaching courses in financial accounting at all levels in both the undergraduate and MBA programs.  She is actively involved in professional accounting education at the ICAO School of Accountancy as both a lecturer and contributor of teaching material.  Her current interests focus on accounting education, and academic dishonesty and its impact on learning.  She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and has served on various committees.

Dr.  Yves Robichaud

Yves Robichaud, PhD, CGA is Associate Professor of Accounting and Entrepreneurship in the School of Commerce and Administration at Laurentian University, Sudbury, Canada. His current research interests concern factors influencing small business performance, entrepreneurial motivations, and female entrepreneurship. His publications have appeared in such publications as Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship, Revue Internationale P.M.E., International Entrepreneurship & Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics.

Zanibbi, Louis Dr

Louis Zanibbi is currently Professor of Accounting and Information Systems.  He teaches Management Accounting and Control and Management Information Systems at the undergraduate and graduate levels.  His current research interest is in the design of Management Control Systems.

Zinger, Terence

Terence Zinger is a Professor of Finance and Small Business Management in the Faculty of Management at Laurentian University. He teaches courses in financial management, sport finance and small enterprise management, and is a member of the Society of Management Accountants and the Canadian Council of Small Business & Entrepreneurship. His current research interests include small business life cycles, corporate social responsibility, and customer profitability analysis.
