POSTER APPROVAL

REGULATIONS FOR ADVERTISING ON UNIVERSITY BULLETIN BOARDS

 

  1. Due to limited space we cannot post posters larger than 11” x 17”.
  2. Bilingual print must appear on the same page.
  3. Posters will be posted every Tuesday & Thursday mornings. 
  4. All posters will remain on the board no longer than two weeks after they are posted. 
  5. Posters must be posted by the designated person from the Office of the Director of Services only.
  6. Only posters concerning the Laurentian University community may be approved.
  7. All posters must be approved at the discretion of the Office of the Director of Services and stamped with official “APPROVED…REMOVE ON” stamp.
  8. Unapproved or expired posters will be removed.
  9. Groups or individuals will be charged clean up and/or damage costs resulting from improper or unauthorized posting of materials and may be denied future requests to post materials.

 

DUE TO FIRE REGULATIONS POSTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON WALLS, WINDOWS, AND CEILINGS, IN STAIRWELLS, IN ELEVATORS OR ON ANY PAINTED SURFACES.

 

The goal of these regulations is to minimize the amount of paper used and to conserve space on the boards due to the high volume of posters that are received.
