Deposit $500.00
Residence fees include a basic cable services (outlet in common living rooms in WEST, SSR, UC and MSR).
* The $100.00 caution fee is a damage/cleaning deposit that is held on account throughout a student’s term in residence. Upon final checkout, an assessment is done of the student’s accommodation and any damage/cleaning charges will assessed against this deposit.
Other Costs:
- Meal Plans: All our residences are equipped with refrigerators and stoves allowing students to provide for their own meals. Meal plans at Laurentian University are optional. They can be purchased directly from Aramark Campus Services. - Ethernet Cords/Cable Cords: It is recommended that you provide your own Ethernet and television cable cords prior to arriving at residence.
