The School of Human Kinetics offers five separate degree programs, each completed in four years, specifically designed to convey knowledge in the areas of Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Outdoor Adventure Leadership, Sport, Physical Education and Bachelor of Physical & Health Education (B.P.H.E.)

The Bachelor of Physical & Health Education in Health Promotion program provides leadership skills required for the promotion of health and a physically active lifestyle with a focus on counselling in physical fitness, stress management, nutritional awareness, environmental sensitivity and health-oriented self-discipline.

The Bachelor of Science in Kenisology program is designed for students interested in studying the scientific basis of human movement behaviour. It provides leadership in disseminating knowledge and expertise pertaining to kinesiology to this area.

The Bachelor of Physical & Health Education in Outdoor Adventure Leadership program focuses on outdoor leadership guiding and instructing in various environments including remote locations.

The Bachelor of Physical & Health Education in Sport and Physical Education allows students to acquire knowlege in the social-psychological, physiological health, administrative and risk management aspects of physical and health education.

The Bachelor of Arts in Sport Psychology is designed to introduce students to the field of Sport Psychology theory and practice.
