    • MetEqII: A stand-alone program for graphing thermodynamic properties of phases in the Holland & Powell 1998 (and updates) thermodynamic dataset. Properties include G, H, S, V, and Cp plotted vs. T or vs. P.
    • XRMapAnal: A stand-alone program to facilitate calculation of petrologically relevant information from quantitative X-ray maps. Click here to download.

Available Research Projects

If you are interested in research projects that utilize field mapping, phase equilibrium analysis and P-T paths, geochronology, and mineral chemistry of metamorphic rocks, please contact me for further details. Possible projects include:

    1. Applied phase equilibria modeling of metapelites, metabasites, and metamorphosed hydrothermal alteration.
    2. Investigation of partial melting textures, processes and phase equilibria, timing of melting, and metamorphic zonations associated with ore deposits.
    3. Metamorphic phase equilibria of gahnite-bearing rocks in metamorphosed VMS deposit environments.
