FUNCTION:

The Financial Services Department is responsible for the financial management and services of all operations of the University and is made up of the following areas:

The Budget area is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the Operating, Research and Trust budgets.

The Accounts Payable section is responsible for paying all invoices and reimbursements for goods and services acquired by the University.  This area is also responsible for recording all adjustments, chargebacks or any other adjustments to Operating, Ancillary, Research or Capital budgets.  It is also responsible for reimbursing faculty members for travel and other types of expenses.
