MISSION STATEMENT: To support elite amateur and professional athletes, coaches, and management as well as corporate teams through cutting edge techniques, on going assessment, availability, a wide network of human resources, and a positive supportive approach.  To build upon sport and motivational psychology techniques, which I develop with my colleagues and graduate students at Laurentian University, in Ontario, Canada.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE: I have consulted mostly with national teams, major-games associations, and professional sport groups in the areas of athlete and team motivation profiling, strategic planning, team-building, competition planning, dispute resolution, confidence and optimism development, mental training, and culture specific interventions. These skill sets have been provided during daily training, training camps, on-site in major-games settings, and during professional sport contexts. Additionally, I am currently leading a group of research scientists in Psychology and Human Kinetics in a study examining the nuances of context specific cultural sport psychology. My research is currently funded through a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Initiatives Grant.

EDUCATION: I have completed a Doctorate in psycho-social and administrative aspects of major-games resilience training for national team athletes, coaches, and management at the University of Alberta. My doctoral research and more current intervention strategies were featured recently as part of two programs about elite sport psychology on ESPN and the Discovery Channel. Previously, I completed a Masters in Sport Psychology at Ottawa University. My additional certification includes CMTR Accreditation, Crises Management, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Suicide Intervention, and Native Awareness Training.

ATHLETIC HISTORY: My first experience working in sport and performance was as a high-performance athlete. With several major-games and national team experiences in equestrian, I amassed successful experience as a World Cup competitor and coach.
