In the fourth year of study, students complete two twelve week work placements (4 days a week, 7 hours a day). This gives the students the an opportunity to apply the skills they have learned while gaining hands on work experiences.
Students can choose from placements in three different areas:

Students have also completed internship placements in locations outside the Sudbury area (Toronto, Barrie, Timmins, North Bay, Red Lake, Kirkland Lake, Calgary, Vancouver) and countries outside Canada (Australia, Costa Rica, and the United States).
