The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) is designed to introduce students  to the field of Sport Psychology theory and practice.

 

Foundations are provided in psychology and human kinetics to foster a multi-disciplinary understanding of athlete mental preparation. Whether working with or acting as a coach, teacher, wellness consultant, or researcher in physical activity, the experiences and knowledge provided through this program lend well to a professional workplace setting.

 

Graduates of the SPPS program have traditionally entered the fields of mental training, sport research, education and coaching.
