Resources

Welcome to our library. Our specialized collection supports the programs taught at Huntington University. We have an assortment of listening and viewing equipment, and three public terminals that connect to the Internet. A router is installed in the Library's Reading Room that allows wireless web access for people with laptops.

We are one of three libraries on the Laurentian University campus. The other libraries are at the University of Sudbury and Laurentian University's J.-N. Desmarais Library. The latter is the main library with over one million print and microform volumes. We all share the same Web catalogue, called Evergreen, to access our collections.

We at Huntington provide personalized service both to our on-campus and distance education communities. Course reading lists are compiled and updated by us in consultation with the faculty. We also publish the following in-house reference guides:

Communication Studies
Gerontology
Religious Studies and Ethics
