Laurentian's graduate studies department also offers two degrees in particular that have strongly appealed to graduates of our Huntington programs.
Many of our graduates in Communication Studies, Gerontology, Music, and Religious Studies have enrolled in the interdisciplinary Humanities: Interpretation and Values Master of Arts program offered at Laurentian University. Many of our faculty also teach in this program, offering graduate courses on hermeneutics, creativity, and technology, to name a few. Courses are also listed on the Humanities MA Web page.
Graduates who wish to do further research in the social sciences have also taken the Master of Arts in Human Development that is available from Laurentian. This program examines all facets of the life span, including aging. Our Gerontology graduates, in particular, have been interested in this excellent program.
