Year 1 (Fall of 2008) to Year 2 (fall of 2009) Retention Rate:

86.3%

Notes:

§   Percentage of first-time, full-time, first year, degree-seeking students, who applied on the basis of high-school credentials, who registered in a given fall term and returned to the institution in the next fall term.

§   Calculation of the rate includes data for the federated universities (Thorneloe, Huntington, University of Sudbury, and Laurentian University) and the collaboration with Georgian College, but excludes Algoma, Hearst, the Northern Ontario School of medicine, and collaborations with Sault, Northern, Cambrian, and St-Lawrence College.
