To obtain a university degree, students who enter the Bachelor of Arts in the Labour Studies Program from Cambrian College Human Resource Management program must complete 108 credits, of which a minimum of 48 additional credits must come from the concentration in LBST.
Cambrian College graduates may also receive credit for additional elective credits depending on their academic qualifications.
