Building on the successes of Sudbury previous conferences, the Sudbury 2007 Mining and the Environment International Conference will bring together technical experts, policy makers and regulators from around the world to address mine, land and waterways rehabilitation and related environmental protection issues.
The conference will again be co-hosted by the Centre for Environmental Monitoring (CEM), MIRARCO, and the Cooperative Freshwater Ecology Unit (CFEU) and be held at Laurentian University.
