How to Export to RefWorks

Note: You can only import one reference at a time from Springer/Link.

  1. Perform search and and click on the hyperlinked title for the reference you would like to send to RefWorks.
  2. Click on the RIS link under Export this article.
  3. Save the resulting .ris file.
  4. Click on Import under the References menu within RefWorks.
  5. Choose RIS FORMAT as Import filter/data source and database.
  6. Click Browse to find your saved .ris file.
  7. Click Import.
  8. Click View Last Imported Folder to view your references.
