1. If you have credits from accredited conservatories of music, you will be considered for advanced standing on an individual basis. You may also be expected to write challenge examinations in certain subject areas.

2. If you possess post-secondary education, you may have credits transferred following the established policies of Laurentian University. Please note the following:
   1. Graduates of two-year or three-year Music programs at Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology must comply with the Transfer Credit regulations as set out in the Admissions chapter;
   2. All other requests for transfer of credit will be considered on their individual merits, and must have the approval of the Senate Committee on Admissions, Promotions and Requests of Laurentian University;
