Admission Selection  

 

 

Eligible Students:

Selection of the best group of students as defined by the following criteria:

Ø      Strong academic track record

Ø      Excellent fit with the program

Ø      Proposed research project is a fit with rural and northern health

Ø      Appropriate supervisor

Ø      Basic knowledge of health research methods to build on

Prospective students will normally have completed a Master’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum average of B+, and are strongly encouraged to have successfully completed at least one course in statistics, one course in research methodology, and one or more courses in the social and/or health sciences.

Application Deadline

The application deadline for the upcoming academic year is January 31st. Please note that this is a limited enrollment program. Applications submitted after January 31st may still be considered provided positions within the program remain open.

Note:  An application fee of $55 MUST accompany the application form for all graduate programs. The $55 application fee will then be deducted from the tuition fees of all registering students.
