September 7, Wednesday Classes begin.
September 7 to 16 Late registration and course change period. (Late registration fee applies).
September 16, Friday No registration or course changes for first-term courses (2011F) or full-year courses (2011FW) permitted after this date.
October 10, Monday Thanksgiving Day.
October 24 to 28 Fall Study Week.
October 29, Saturday Fall Convocation.
November 7, Monday Students withdrawing from first-term courses (2011F) after this date will receive an ‘F’ on their academic record.
December 7, Wednesday Last day of classes.
December 8 to 22 Examination period for first-term courses (2011F) and mid-term test for full-year courses (2011FW).
Second Term
Winter 2012
January 4, Wednesday Classes begin.
January 17, Tuesday No registration or course changes for second-term courses (2012W) will be permitted after this date.
Last date for payment of second-term tuition fees.
January 27, Friday Applications for graduation at the Spring Convocation must be submitted prior to this date.
Students withdrawing from full-year courses (2011FW) after this date will receive an ‘F’ on their academic transcript.
February 20, Monday Founders’ Day.
February 20 to 24 Study Week.
February 29, Wednesday Students withdrawing from second-term courses (2012W) after this date will receive an ‘F’ on their academic record.
April 3, Tuesday Last day of classes.
April 6, Friday Good Friday.
April 9, Monday Easter Monday.
April 10 to 30 Examination period for second-term (2012W) and full-year courses (2011FW).
May 21, Monday Victoria Day
May 31 to June 5 Spring Convocation (Sudbury Campus).
