Statement of Accounts

Fall Session

A statement of account is mailed to the permanent address on file in August to students who have registered for their courses.

 

Winter Session

A statement of account is emailed to the student’s Laurentian University’s webmail, during the second week of December to all accounts with outstanding balances for the second term.

 

 

Spring/Summer Session

A statement of account is not automatically emailed when a student registers during the Spring/Summer session. The student must contact the Fees Office to confirm the amount owing. Payment is due by the prescribed deadline date. An account with an outstanding balance after the due date will be assessed a Late Service Fee and a statement will be emailed to the student’s Laurentian University Webmail.

 

  

Late Registration and Late Payment Fee

When a full time student registers after September 04, 2011 the registration is considered late and a Late Registration Fee is applied to the account. No statement will be emailed, therefore payment is due upon registration.

 

When a part time student registers after Aprl 29, 201 2, September 04, 2012 and January 6, 2013 (new registrants only)  the registration is considered late and a Late Registration Fee is applied to the account. No statement will be emailed, therefore payment is due upon registration.

 

 

Payments received after the prescribed deadline date will be considered late and a late service fee will apply.
