Panoramic walk on Laurentian Campus
On Sunday, August 29, from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m., there will be a guided panoramic walk on the Laurentian Campus. To participate, just come to the registration desk at 9:45 a.m.
Panoramic visit of the Parker Building roof
On Sunday, August 29, from 1 p.m to 4 p.m, there will be guided visits to the roof of the Parker building to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the City of Sudbury and its lakes. to participate, come to the registration desk at 1 p.mp., 2 p.m., or 3 p.m.
Organized Touristic and Recreational Activities
To give you the opportunity to experience the richness of the fauna and flora in Sudbury, two activities are offered on Wednesday afternoon : the Cortina cruise boat on Lake Ramsey in the heart of Sudbury, and a hike in the Lake Laurentian conservation area. To register for these ativities, please visit the registration booth during the conference. Transportation will be organised for these activities, a meeting point will be established when you register.
Guided Hikes
There will be two free guided hikes of the Lake Laurentian Conservation Area on Wednesday September 1st for those who are interested :
1. 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.: Relatively easy hike
2. 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.: More challenging hike
There are only 25 places available per hike, therefore, if interested, you are asked to register as soon as possible at the registration booth.
Proper footwear will be necessary.

Cortina Cruise
A one hour cruise on the Cortina boat is also organized on Wednesday September 1st at 2:00 p.m. The cost will be $10 per person. The cruise is an hour long. Places are also limited. Registration will be available at the registration booth.
