Kirk Ross, PhD candidate, has a strong interest in analytical development of laser ablation ICPMS. His main research interest is in the crystallographic control over trace element incorporation into mantle minerals . He has joined the team after gaining extensive experience in mineralogical and crystallographical analysis.
