The Professional Year #1 Placement (PY #1) is from November 5-December 14, 2012. After two days of observation, students begin to teach one lesson per day. Teaching responsibilities increase gradually until the student is teaching up to 50% of the associate teacher's day at the conclusion of the placement.

The Professional Year #2 Placement (PY #2) is from March 4-April 19, 2013. After two days of observation, students begin to teach one lesson per day. Teaching responsibilities increase gradually until the student is teaching up to 100% of the associate teacher's day at the conclusion of the placement.

The Initial Practicum Placement (IP) is from May 6 to May 31 (2013). After three days of observation, student teachers plan and teach one 30 minute lesson per day.
