Through our Office of the Vice-President, Francophone Affairs, Research and Graduate Studies, Laurentian University offers academic study at the Masters and Doctoral level. We provide a continuously growing number of research-based programs.
As a bilingual institution, programs in the departments of history, human development, human kinetics, human studies, sociology, and social work are offered in both English and French. In other departments, although instruction is given in English, it is normally possible for a student to write a thesis in either language.
Graduate programs are coordinated by a Faculty Member from the Department in which it is offered, and are overseen by the Vice-President, Francophone Affairs, Research and Graduate Studies.
