Three and four-year (Honours) programs lead to a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry

• Students can specialize in environmental chemistry, geochemistry, industrial chemistry and materials chemistry

Pharmaceutical chemistry option available

• Nationally-accredited programs include formal lectures and lab sessions providing a hands-on approach to instrumentation

• Emphasis on problem-solving and communication skills prepares students for many challenging careers in today’s technology-oriented society

• Possibility of working on research projects with professors at the university or with scientists in the local mining industry, at the Northeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre and the Northern Ontario School of Medicine
