Diploma in History (30 cr.)Students who have obtained a 3-year B.A. in History with a minimum 70% average in their concentration may be admitted to the diploma program. Students are required to take 30 credits, as specified by the department, to ensure that they complete the pattern of courses that would fulfil the requirements for a 4-year B.A. (Honours) in History. An overall average of at least 70% is required to obtain the Honours Diploma.
The Qualifying Year ProgramA qualifying year in history is available for both full and part-time students preparing to apply for admission into the M.A. program in History. Course selection must be made in consultation with the department.
