Overview

The study of modern languages and literatures covers the history, written works, culture and civilization of languages with international influence. Laurentian’s program includes Italian and Spanish. Learning languages is one of the most practical ways you can prepare for life and work in today’s globalized world. When you learn another language, you are also learning a whole new culture – another way of thinking, seeing and being in the world.
