Strategic Plan

The 2012-2017 Strategic Plan was developed through extensive consultation featuring over 900 inputs from community representatives, students, faculty, staff, alumni, members of the Leadership Group, and members of the Board of Governors.

The five-page document was unanimously recommended by a 27-member steering committee after a 10-month process involving over 40 consultation and validation sessions in Sudbury and Barrie. It was subsequently endorsed overwhelmingly by the University’s Senate in November 2011 and unanimously approved by the Board of Governors in December 2011.
