This course examines the profession of social work, including early influences, the relationship between social analysis and social work practice, values and ethics and the factors that shape contemporary social work practice. The course also examines issues related to the delivery of social services. (lec 3) cr 3. Students may not retain credit for both SWLF 1007 and SWLF 1005 or NWLF 1007.
