Assistant ProfessorIrene Koren, MSc, RN is an assistant professor in the School of Nursing and a faculty investigator with the Centre for Rural and Northern Health Research at Laurentian University.

Research Focus
Current projects include a tracking study of nurse practitioners in Ontario and a study of the factors influencing recruitment and retention of nurses in northeastern Ontario.
