Dr. Mohamed Dia is a Full Professor of Quantitative Methods at the School of Commerce and Administration of the Faculty of Management. He received his PhD in Management Science from the Business School of Tunis, Tunisia in 2000, a Masters in Modeling and Management Information Systems from the Business School of Tunis, as well as a "Maîtrise" and a Bachelor in Management Information Systems, and a "Diplôme d'études Universitaires Générales" in Mathematics and Computer Programming from the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Nouakchott, Mauritania. Dr. Mohamed Dia has been also a postdoctorant at the Telfer School of Management of the University of Ottawa, Canada, and at the University of Quebec at Montreal, Canada.
Dr. Dia's research focuses on Multi-Criteria Decision Aid, Data Envelopment Analysis, and Fuzzy Sets Theory. He is also interested in applying these techniques in Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Portfolio Selection.
